Parent: Affiliate Brain Architecture
Applies To: Affiliate opportunity evaluation
Last Reviewed: 2026-04-08
Purpose
This page defines the required structure used to evaluate affiliate opportunities inside the MWMS ecosystem.
Every affiliate opportunity must be documented using this structure before evaluation by the Affiliate Brain and the Velocity Decision Engine.
This ensures that opportunity evaluation is:
• consistent
• traceable
• structured
• comparable across opportunities
• suitable for downstream decision layers
This page does not approve campaigns.
It captures the structured intelligence required for disciplined opportunity evaluation.
Scope
This template applies to:
• all affiliate opportunities entering structured evaluation inside MWMS
• creation of Offer Intelligence records
• standardised capture of offer, market, funnel, hook, and risk data
• structured preparation of intelligence for Velocity evaluation
• consistent documentation of opportunity characteristics
• cross-offer comparison inside Affiliate Brain
This document governs the required page structure for Offer Intelligence records.
It does not govern:
• live campaign execution
• capital allocation authority
• experiment design decisions
• scaling approval decisions
• financial override authority
Those remain governed by:
Affiliate Brain Canon
Velocity Decision Engine
Experimentation Brain
Finance Brain
Architectural Role
The Offer Intelligence page captures the full structural profile of an affiliate opportunity.
The captured intelligence supports:
• structured comparison between opportunities
• disciplined prioritisation
• reliable Velocity evaluation input
• reduced subjective decision-making
• improved capital allocation discipline
Offer Intelligence exists to ensure opportunity evaluation is based on structured information rather than memory or intuition.

Template Usage Rule
Every affiliate opportunity must receive its own dedicated Offer Intelligence page using this structure.
Incomplete Offer Intelligence pages are considered incomplete evaluation.
Incomplete evaluation cannot progress to Velocity review.
Offer Registry Link Rule
Each completed Offer Intelligence page must link to:
Offer Registry record
If registry entry does not exist, the opportunity record is incomplete.
Drift Protection
The system must prevent:
• evaluation without structured intelligence capture
• inconsistent evaluation structures across offers
• missing structural information prior to Velocity review
• subjective evaluation replacing structured analysis
• incomplete opportunity records progressing through lifecycle stages
• template drift reducing comparability between opportunities
Architectural Intent
Offer Intelligence Structure Template ensures that all affiliate opportunities are evaluated using a consistent analytical structure.
Standardised intelligence capture improves:
• decision quality
• evaluation speed
• comparison accuracy
• signal clarity
• capital discipline
Consistent structure allows Affiliate Brain to operate as a reliable evaluation system rather than an ad-hoc decision environment.
